We are excited to bring you a new and improved training experience for the 2026 season with Ethos. There are some important updates to training this year due to the adoption of our new training platform. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have a new user account?

All volunteers, even those that have trained as ShotLink volunteers in the past using Learn to Win, will have a new user account this year. You will need your email address and the temporary password sent to you by Ethos to log in for the first time. Temporary passwords will be sent out via email within 48 hours of receiving your tournament’s Welcome email from ShotLink.

How do I login for the first time?

After receiving your Welcome email from ShotLink, expect an email from Ethos containing your temporary password within 48 hours.

Use your email address and this temporary password to log in. You’ll then be prompted to accept the terms and conditions and create a new password.

What if I'm a returning volunteer?

All volunteers, even those that have trained with PGA TOUR in the past using Learn to Win, will have a new user account this year. You will need your email address and the temporary password sent to you by Ethos to log in for the first time.

Temporary passwords will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving your tournament’s welcome email from ShotLink.

What should I do if I don't recieve the email with my temporary password?

Wait 48 hours after you receive your Welcome email from ShotLink. Be sure to check your Junk/Clutter/Spam folders.

If your password is still missing, click the 'Forgot Password' option from this login page. Enter your email to receive a reset link. Follow the screen instructions to access your account.

If you are still unable to access your account, please reach out to Ethos support at support@ethossystems.com.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click the reset password button here. Enter your email address to receive a reset link via email, then follow the instructions provided to set a new password.

Does Ethos have a mobile app?

Yes! Ethos training can be completed on a web browser on a computer or on your mobile device with our mobile apps. The Ethos mobile app is called “Ethos Systems”. You can also find the mobile apps at the links below:

Completing Your Training

Once I have logged in, how do I get to my training?

After logging in you will be taken to the Courses page (called “My Courses” on the mobile app). You will see a folder titled “2026 ShotLink Training”, which will contain the course for your volunteer role. Click the course to view all of the lessons and quizzes inside, then click the first lesson to begin.

I already completed training for this PGA TOUR season. Do I need to complete the training again?

If you completed training for the SAME volunteer role for the current season, you will not need to complete training again.

Each volunteer must complete training once per year per volunteer role. If you are volunteering for a different volunteer role, you will have to complete new training content that must be completed.

Am I able to review the training after I complete it?

You are welcome and encouraged to review any portion of the content again! All of your completion will be saved, and you can review any of the lessons you would like.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click the reset password button here. Enter your email address to receive a reset link via email, then follow the instructions provided to set a new password.

How and when will I receive my completion certificate?

A certificate will be emailed within an hour after you have completed your training.

I have questions or feedback about the content of the training. Who should I reach out to?

For questions or feedback that is about specific content you learned in the Learn to Win training, not a technical question about Ethos itself, please contact slvolunteertraining@pgahourhq.com.

What if I've already previously completed Shotlink training?

Volunteers are required to complete training once per calendar year for each volunteer role.

If you have completed training for a previous tournament within the same calendar year, for the same volunteer role, you do not need to complete training again.

If you are volunteering for a new role, you will need to complete training for that role.

If your experience as a volunteer is from a previous year, you will still need to take the training to remain up to date on any changes. Training is only required once per calendar year for each role.

Can two users sharing an email address complete training?

Each volunteer must have a unique email address to access training. Please contact slvolunteertraining@pgatourhq.com and provide them with an additional email address and the name of the associated volunteer.

Can I update and change my email address for my training?

Please contact both slvolunteertraining@pgatourhq.com and support@ethossystems.com with the updated email address, your first and last name, the tournament you are volunteering for, and your volunteer committee.
